[Runescape] [Tutorial] How To Make a Private Server

i did everything but i wanna know what does jdk do and also how do other ppl get to the server?

Alright I have been able to get into the server I have but what about getting rid of the bogus IP so that I can make it show my real IP instead of the default & make it open to friends & so on so that others can join & play also?

Can Some1 help me make commands?? like ::god so you can fly? i havn't been able to

i made it it worked fine but i cant make myself owner in game i did what you said but not owner in game
i cant spawn things

man im using windows 7 ive done everything and im sure that i did it right but it keeps saying that the server is already in use whats going on please help me! :mad:
