Uhm, the exact same as it is when you're pure int.
Just give STR from 91-100.

My guy was roughly 1:8 at 90 cap. 90 Cold, Bicheon, Light. I still undecided as to what I want to do at 100. Im level 96 with 18 unused stat points.. I'll use a cleric soon to see which I like better, pure int or more hybrid.

Hybrid gives you the ability to survive in wars better with multiple people on you and/or splash damage. Also great against absolute damages. 2 stacked absolute can take out a pure int. Not to mention the obvious, more hp equals greater survivability. The few INT you lose doesn't make a huge impact on your nukes.

A pure force nuker is terrible in pvp. Period. Especially against another s/s nuker with bicheon skills. Don't forget the 6 different statuses available to a bicheon nuker with chains.
