Codemasters.

Well, Webzen = Shit and cannot call it Archlord.
All Private Servers are shit, no players, no fun, no working stuff.
So means that Archlord time is over?
Webzen think they doing a good job, but they destroy the game.
And everyday they lose more players.

It would be so nice if some day a guy or a team comes with the CM Epi3 files and create a server like Codemasters, then i'm gonna dance in a string. :p

I have literally no idea how games are made, but for the people with the f ep2 iles, would it be hard to "make" the ep3 items were missing?

Simply no, if there is any team that would have in mind creating the epi3 CM with all the options and support, they would need money to get their own lifes going.

Webzen won't let a company run the game they bought and make profit out of it in a way you want it ( I'm talking about having the same amount of players in CM would be alot of cash also)

Well, Webzen destoryed our game, so is isnt Archlord anymore.
They fcking increase and fock it up.
I guess players would more like a new CM Episode 3 server then Webzen.
Webzen dont use Episode 3 files, so why a new team can do this?

yep agreed,
calidus got much files and is a very good coder but he got no concept for his server....

I've contacted once CM by an Inquiry and asked if they might have the original CM EP3 server files for archlord and they have said yes they have it stored in a good place. Bad is that they dont sell it :D

Cm didn't want Al anymore, that's why they wouldn't fix the bugs and sold it to the only company that would take it. In fact, as far as I know, Wz didn't want it either, they were forced.

even if a good server does come along, think webzen is just gona sit there? they are gona get it shut down asap so that they dont loose business, only way is to somehow obtain server files and mass produce servers such that they cant shut them all down. Look at how many aion private servers there are. People have the skills its just that no one with the skills is interested in helping archlord

1. No one wanted to take on the project of Archlord after Codemasters
2. NHN games was thus forced to take their project back
3. NHN games merged with Webzen
4. Webzen was stuck with Archlord (ergo: forced)

That's the info handed down to me, if you don't agree with it that's fine :<
