Elo boosting(€10RP card per 200 elo)

Updated something about this thread:

Instead of max elo 1700, it's now 1850.
Price is higher now. (if the price now is too high for you, we can discuss in skype, I'm not that greedy.)
Deleted some useless thing.
Changed the reason for boosting.
