Just, in my opinion... You are reviewing thread and server rumors... You need some experience in the server itself, and rate from 1 to 10 by this parameters :

1. First impression (Starter items, in-game atmosphere etc.)
2. Community (How is people in this server, do they help, good guilds etc.)
3. Gameplay (Do you have fun by playing there, what is missing etc.)
4. Administration (Kind / Bad / Corrupted / Rude / Awesome etc.)
5. Server quality (Stability & Bug amount (if there are any) ).
