ive got a lot to do atm, but i will add a english version later tonight, thank you all for the good, and the not so good comments ;).

Du bist wirklich der aktivste Guardian in der Section das ist natürlich vorteilhaft. Ich meine aber zum einen, dass du in letzter Zeit etwas inaktiv geworden bist zumindest was reports betrifft und zum anderen, dass du manchmal etwas zu streng an eine Sache herangehst. Damit meine ich, dass du manchmal Threads reportest und willst dass sie geschlossen werden, obwohl es dafür nicht wirklich einen Grund gibt. Das mal als Beispiel. Ich würde meine Haltung diesbezüglich also etwas ändern. Natürlich wäre etwas mehr Postaktivität und ein paar hilfreiche posts auch von Vorteil.

Ich habe hier einmal Vor- und Nachteile aufgeführt und komme zum Ergebnis, dass ich mich weder für ein klares Ja noch für ein klares Nein entscheide.

so, nach der einnahme von ein paar lustiger kleiner pillen habe ich den dammbruch beendet und schaffe es nun wieder für ein paar minuten vom klo zu kommen...

Ich muss dir recht geben, John, tatsächlich bin ich in den letzten 2 Wochen etwas inaktiver geworden. In diesen Wochen habe ich etwas für meine Zukunft ausserhalb on SRO getan, d.h. VHS Kurse besucht, Klausuren geschrieben und ganz nebenbei meine restliche 38,5 Stunden Arbeitswoche bestritten ^^. Zu dem Punkt, dass ich ab und zu zu hart bei den reports reagiere, muss ich dir (leider) auch recht geben, ich gelobe besserung :). Es ist einfach recht schwierig einen thread von anfang an zu beurteilen. meist geht es dann aber doch in die falsche richtung und schlussendlich wird er dann doch geschlossen (ich spreche jetzt über diese typischen spam schleudern ala "welcher ist der beste bot" etc.) . Wie gesagt schwierig von Anfang an die richtige Wahl zu treffen
aber ich denke dafür arbeitet hier ja ein recht großes team, dass die entscheidung gemeinsam trifft, danke für dein feedback!

This guy is so annoying. He keeps spamming in every post with pseudo-moderating. And not that it would be good work. Just some stupid comments.

He might be an old member, but considering his post count, he's very inactive.

He isn't really helpfull for the community. He's only got 19 thanks. And he wants to be a sro moderator. For that you need some sro skills too. Clearly, you can see form his picture, he's nothing more than a begginer.

And, do we really need someone who's ineffective, sometimes annoying, not experienced and inactive?

I thought about appyling for this position, but, after seeing this guy and his contributions to the site, I won't. I mean, give him a chance, he's been contributing a lot by reporting and all that stuff. I personally think you guys should give him the chance to be a moderator of this forum, epvpers. He may have low posts and thanks relative to his join date.
But ever since he joined the guardian group, recking was very handy to us with his reports.

Sorry to say this, but I'm not sure about your attitude in replying because you've got yourself in a spam event once. The sad thing about it, is that it was with one of the other sro guardians (don't remember his name actually).

Now, you have to know that teamwork is necessary here and getting out of control is not an option. ;)

Keep that in mind and I think that you'll be qualified by then.
