Meh guess it ends here for me.
Why didn't they make an option to make it windowed or change options before starting it up.
Really wanted to play it though. :(

I think there will be options in a few days for playing this game for you, Ill try to encode this char chaos.

Coz I think Internet s also for stdying, ill tell you how Ill try.
•Adding the windows Language package for asian languages
•Open the config in text editor and try the diffrents fonts until there will appear chinese symbols.
•Translating this symbols via google

;) Atm I dont have time for this but ill try this weekend.

No, its only make youre pc ready to can show the chinese letters.
€: You can simply download it due the windows updater !

Seems like the language packs don't work with home versions of vista, it says here it is only possible if you have Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Vista Enterprise.
In other words, no luck.

yap thats true, but who buys vista home - Ill never buy another version then Professional or Ultimate, I cant need them for my job

People who use there PC at home? :)
The PC is fine to play games with although I got this error with Dawn of War II and Dead Space aswell, but changing resolution to 32-bit I think always helped.
