Wit you are wrong here. A lot of people are searching for hacks/bugs/exploits but they don't use the search button so ask on forum (doesn't matter if is already answered they're still asking).

For E*Pvp admin I don't think that it's hard to make somebody mod (by request and votes). Would be easier for Global Mods etc.
9Dragons doesn't have a big community but it's still messy and about active members..... I think there are active members just a lot are waiting for something new ( Hacks , bugs etc. )

Anyway it's just my opinion

Yes because more then half of the posts are about things that dont work anymore, so why not make space for new and usefull posts?

Advantages:

• We will get clean & up-to-date forum with Mod help.
• We won't take time of Global Mods - they will be "used" obnly for banning people. They won't close/delete topics (only when Mod is inactive).
• We will get help from "pro", because we will select person with huge knowledge about 9Dragons.

Well, the advantages can vary depending on who the person is.
I think votes do help for a Moderator, however, they don't always have to be experienced in the game they moderate.
But, if you think someone should be a mod, ask them to apply :p

I know, I know. But, you know it's better when Moderator has knowledge about game, don't you think?

I think we'll look for that kind of person.

What happens with this is....I don't see any Moderator application for this section. If someone is interested in the position simply apply for it

Well I applied for 9D in summer but thought that topic will never going to be accepted so just requested to be closed.
