I didn't test myself with IIS but with another local ASP.net server, i have setup everything on a fresh SQL 2005 installation and i retrieved the clean database from this post: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], everything worked properly.

Are you sure that IIS is installed on your computer with ASP.NET 3.5?
Make sure that everything is set correctly in Web.config.xml, database name, etc.
Have you executed the KurulumSql.Sql query on your database?

According to your screen, it seems that the script can't retrieve Fortress War data.

Clean db : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Edit : Links doesnt work no license or your null.dll , so its not different , only licensed : xxx text..
Edit2 : I think you just changed the text, because dll still check pages , and does not allow...

This is an ASP.net DLL so you can use Reflector, but you must unpack the protection layer first.
