[Release - Hack/Tool] Binary Server Key Dumper 2012 Rel 2

hey ppl , i used Ultimation's tool to get all the keys :

but i dont know how to use them , i used this to Crypt the Blowfish code

When I open the conquer gives no error, and when I open the conquer does not appear the key !

Followed the exact instructions and nope, doesn't work, not for me. Doesn't throws any error, doesn't says anything just after step 5 (after I get the you'll get d/ced message box, I login again and no blowfish keys or anything, I just keep relogging and nothing).
