Not sure about the hack, but exploits do exist that stays underground, so it dont get leeched and patched...not just about the lotto but there are many exploits that are underground

Yah its all luck really. there is no hack or anything iv heard of. its all people just wanting to get reconized or trying to trick people

The server doesn't check your character's level when entering the Lottery using a Lottery Ticket :).

Everything that comes from lottery is totally serverside, so if you plan on wanting to find out what is going to come out of the box, hack TQ's servers :P

Firstly there is no lotto hack.

Secondly if there was, would you release it and have it patched? Id think not, so even if there was one out there I HIGHLY doubt it would be public.
