i add this into Item folder and the Spec_item like this """item_CytexAmulettRing.dds""" what is the exact?

i think you need first a little tutorial "how to add items"....read it !

Req. Files: DefineItem.h, spec_item.txt, propitem.txt, mdldyna.inc, Accessory.inc. If you want to add it to drops, then propmoverex.inc if you use that for drops.
