Just to make things clear, the win7_dklauncher starts the dekaronserver in debug mode, therefore the error appears.

So there's nothing wrong with Windows 7 even as 64-bit, it's just not recommended to use it for a public server OS.
i have the same lol and works fine. only no con/segu exe can be used :P

Unless you unpack the posted executables, or edit your own from scratch (I'd go with this option). ;)
