Either redirect the call to the localhost and fake the response, or simply crack the programm itself... just patch a IF.

With reflexil is super simple to remove the checking license section... just need some skills, but let's now forget that just a few ppl know how to do it, so the system is useful... If i was cracking it, i would just remove the code or change sth so -> give me .net license system and if i can't crack it -> i leave that forum :! ( as i told you - everything is crackable)

Many people know, how to use reflexil...but its useless, if your dll/exe is signed... If you save the patched dll/exe the program wont work anymore ;)
