He already answered your question. He said you should put a different epic stone effect on the duplicated gacha equipment. Thus allowing you to use different effects in pvp/dungeon.
Example. you can have a +15 lv80 Gacha Lower Armor with resist grab damage by 20% and a similar +15 lv80 Gacha Lower Armor with +20% MP recovery speed when fatal

youll craft it. on the crafting window. youll find it. break items like wargeneral armors, saintsblack and kunji armors.
He is actually pertaining to the premium transmute scroll, which is a cash item and is not available from crafting.
