I am not being "laid back", the fact that I am not posting that often, doesn't mean that I am not taking care of the section; and as a former moderator you should know that Korvacs, as well as you should know that a single rule violation doesn't deserve an immediate ban, unless it is a severe fault.
I won't really quote go for it's posts, I will just repeat myself, if you don't like the rules, there isn't anything we can do, I might have left that post of yours up there, but this doesn't mean that you are allowed to do this; and regarding your idea to change the rule, well, go post a poll about this over the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] section, see what you get out of it, or send that suggestion in a private message to an administrator.
But well, I have been trying to get along with people of the section, tried to be nice, but it is noticeable that on any way, we can't please anyone, so I guess I will have to be as strict as I am on the other sections I do moderate, even though the way in which CO2 has been moderated so far (before I got here) was completely different, so quite and simple, rule violation = warning, multiple rule violations = infractions and no more contacting users about rule violations before handing out warnings/infractions; if someone can't follow the rules, nothing to do besides that.

The rule exists that is correct, so anyone, liking it or not, agreed to all of the rules during the registration process, if someone didn't read the terms and conditions, it is not our fault, if someone doesn't like the rules, this isn't the place for him/her.Quote:
