I know one way to control pc from iPhone iPad iPod or bla bla. I don't remember the software name but it works just fine to control you computer from nowhere nearby. But I'm not sure how's this possible to run game on actual device. But it might be possibility.

Its like: you share your mobile 3g network with your pc.
For iphone its called PDANet i think its the same for android.
