Well there is alot of good builds for uniques but each one have a good thing and bad thing for example:
Wizard/Cleric good but it die fast, if you got a good gear it wont but if you went solo Temple for example or any other strong uniques its not too good even if the wizard do so much damage.
Nuker/Spear/SS/Full INT Bow: Good and very good but its hard to solo even if you got a good gear i dont say that you cant solo but its still hard.
Warlock/Cleric: In my opinion Warlock is good to solo but you need to have a good gear or in other words a perfect gear, Warlock use poison attacks so thats what is good about it, cuz for example Lord Yarkan summon his monsters when his HP reaches the half and before he get killed so, you musnt leave Lord Yarkan to kill his monsters you just poison them and get back to the unique! so you dont have to waste time!
Blader: I think blader is not for unique killing, well, it depends on the player who is playing and his Blader build but anyway i think blader is good for PVP and PT and those kind of things.
2H/Cleric: its one of my favorites, though its slow with attacking but he do alot of damage and his gear is armor so i think 2H can solo still, its hard and depends on which unique you are soloing, but the problem with 2H is that he need some support i think to do some more damage, so its very hard to solo!
anyway there is alot more but this is my favorites to Solor or to unique kill, and dont think this is the only good and bad thing about each class i told you about as i said there is alot more things that i did not say, but every class is good for unique and it depends thats all...
