Try to launch it as an Administrator.
(Right click on NDLon.exe -> Proprieties -> Compatibility -> Last check box)

men i cant make it work =( it says status error cannot open process... same error who posted before me.. btw! i did what you said "Right click on NDLon.exe -> Proprieties -> Compatibility->Last check box) i check the compatibility mode under windows 98/ME... STILL I GET THE SAME error

Hmmm weird.
The process name is case sensitive so verify you typed the exact name ?
And just in case, as it is written in the readme : this version requires the game to be started first, it doesn't launch it for you.
