I tried it, that's why I posted my conclusion on the previous page. Doesn't work anymore. I got screens of damage between 10800 - 14000, now it's 7000ish.

Must have been some update.

For sure Requien DID work on mobs giving more damage output when skills hitted (I have been using Requiem to boost dmg in PvE in Poison, CF, BG and HH since Ep3).
Doesn't work anymore tho, so everything said, webzen changed it...not my like but ok.

rofl 20 ppl ? you referring to shrine war video? kinda hard for 20 people to be attacking me when there is only 5 people from each race and my own race can not attack me lol.

There was max maybe 6 people attacking me in the shrine all of them were at least 5 levels below me.

I remember when I was grinding with my zerky in bg before update, had my 115 sorc as healer + requiem debuffer, and I was making about 2k more dmg with requiem on mob. After update I didn't tried it, so maybe it doesn't work anymore... Would be sad.

It is a bug or an intended change, (I think it is a bug) since the new update. If people would bother to listen and not think they are always right they would understand.
