Yes as Disconnect said maybe your 100lvl char is stuck somewhere, try to login in the same server with other char.

Many problems has been reported in our forum from many players.
Many of them has this DC problem.
Vista users have a big problem to play cSRO, exist sro_client.exe for vista users but still they have problems.
Has been reported problems with Dual cores users, they have to run the game by one core.
Run as admin cSRO client can help.
Vista users have to run as WinXP cSRO client, this helps too.
