He means you either 'stole' this from the real creator, or you just adepted some minor things, either ways he claims you're not the real creator :D

i would like a mod to confirm those files are clean, i already got hacked from a elite file which was infected with a leylogger and i lost everything, don't want that to happen again so if a mod would proof this1 is keylogger free i would be verry happy
