What exactly is the problem?
That option won't do anything on its own, League of legends makes things in the distance black,this option extends that.Quote:
Viewdistance++
Fog of War hack removes it on your screen, but does not give sight of anything. For example I can see bushes as if I were standing in them on my screen, but there could still be an enemy champion sat inside it and I can't see them until I enter it. Same goes for jungle creeps etc, can't see them unless a friendly champion is nearby.Quote:
What about Disable Fog of War? Fake?
Yes I'm aware of it, it depends what they check for, using the alternate zoom(there are many ways to achieve this) moves the camera away from the game world, thus giving the effect of a larger zoom but in effect the zoom values still remain between the default 1000-2250, I've used this for a long time and haven't been banned at all, as for view distance/fog of war that was just aesthetic so you can see down the lanes in third person mode, in spectator mode it also lets you see everything, it also has the effect of not blacking out the map when you zoom out too far.Quote:
Riot does check for edited camera values, and this has been proven many a time. There was an in depth article written by Zynox before he stopped FPB some months ago but I'm not sure if that still exists. If *M* (or anyone who releases a zoom tool for that matter) is unaware of whether or not those checks exist, the chance of you getting banned for using their release is extremely high.
I'm not trying to say this isn't an excellent tool; I tried and failed many a time to get an increased view distance but to no avail. However people should definitely be aware that this will get you banned on a delay system similar to VAC.
