i don't agree with you.
html coding is possible without any html coding program.
i can make a perfect fited html page with only the use of notepad.
its not that hard. even that html is that easy that it isn't counted between website languages anymore

it can becouse adobe photoshop has an input for html you can use it for html styler

then you get an folder images and the index then you can edit everything you want

safe for web and devices isn't a syler.
and that doesn't means you can code
that means you can save simething with pressing buttons

how ever i think we are all dun here

sorry but dreamweaver is not only for html programming -_- and i never said that you cant html without a program, ofcourse you can use notepad but you can never but realy NEVER code a full website in html with adobe photoshop

lol you're wrong with that.
i used all kind of programs to make my websites and never had a very usefull one.
only that dreamwaver has that split mode that gives you a direct view to what you do or add.
i rarely use the designe window to make the sites i'm always in the code side. but there are ppl that makes website FULLY in notepad becaus they don't know better. or they don't want to buy useless stuff like dreamwaver packet here cost like 100€ and it really isn't worth it.
and i know also that dreamwaver does also have othercodes. but the only usefull part is that he autocompleate some codes and has the visual.

for the rest we might just stop the talking because its an oppinnion about a programme if everyone has to argument his opinnion it would be a big mess
