Reason Why sjsro is offline

Cause this kind of stuff is legal only in china. Private server hosting etc.

They ban european people from their servers but they can play in our servers like ecsro , fembria. "Pretty frair"

Yup, server is just offline my chinees friend can't go on the game to..

I got a feeling that they simply banned all international IP during the prime hours in china so that there won't be lag for Chinese players. It probably will be back by 3 or 4 am china time. That is when most of players went to sleep.

so when it be open?

well, 3-4am in china would be around 8-10Pm European time, 2-4PM eastern time.
