When my tool for tech factory enters on my accound to product there i get error 99, or when my bot log into my acc. Is not permanent ban, understand that!! Somebody log in into your account or your bot or tool.

I talked with support because my account also got banned because of write my username here in EPVP -.-". The first times i got loginerror=13 but since 2 days i get loginerror=99. normally i get 99 when i enter the wrong password but i can choose my server and with wrong password i couldnt even do that. what support said to me was your account is baned for 30 Days and then a member of some higher bigpoint member will choose what will happen with my account -.-"

Error=13 Not permanent bann, i have one account bloqued with error=13.

The account bloqued for 2 month not permanent.

yeah same here, I got a error13 when my acc got banned, for a name I used, and got unbanned when I asked support for it back.

its just when your bot logs in when you are in the homepage or its perma ban
i will say perma ban since you didnt say you were on the acc

well that would be nice but the thing is i was banned for about 4 months already and then it changed recently.
