you can scan any port you want,if you don't have your ip authorized,it will tell you the port is open & disconnect you. :D
I guess it's a firewall that checks your ip and if you have authority,you can connect normally,otherwise it just gives this crap :D

Since i dont understand nothing from what i read, does this mean someone can hack into joymax and get Sro-R files ? O_O
