Little Survey

al is one of the best games i played and its nice ... never i get bored coz i play 3-4 days ... after 2-3 days I'm out xD

For me AL is one of the best mmorpgs I've ever played. But I stopped playing more than 1 year ago for the same reasons like everyone did. After all I'm always comming back after two months or so to check the game, only staying in town. I've never tried to start grind/farm/pk again, because I just don't even want to.
But like "pumppumpitup" said, steam dissapointed me way more than WZ.

i guess the wish that webzen could possibly just say "fuck it, we make it like CM again" for whatever the sake of that action may be, is so strong that people stay and come back again month for month or week for week.

i stopped playing for 6 months (didn't delete or sell) and came back because it's like something is missing. weird to say that about a game though haha.
but i regretted stopping, because I will play the game until Wz completely shuts it down.
It has a very high potential of making you addicted, and it works for me. I'll be the same person in RL as i am now so nothing will change and that's okay for me, for everybody else so why shouldn't i play it :)

ohh and why is steam even more disappointing? I like it very much actually, buying lots of games there when they're cheap.

One Does Not Simply Quit Archlord . ..

i tried many times . .. but this is the best game i ever played( after cod4 ofc) and it's sad to leave my chars . .or delete them after i did so many sacrifices . . after i payed so much money . . it's to much waste . .. so i keep playin it . . . not that much as i used to play but still . ..

Not just this but also that castle system. I fucking loved the sieges. But I hate it how it is sold atm.

something I hate about WZ AL is that the player population has lowered
but the world size has doubled

part of why we all love this game so much is the forced pvp system
but there are way way way to many places for a person to grind
and not enough people to fill all of those spots

they have outside, 9 caves, 5-6 CF worlds, BS, BG, SD, Ice

True thing. You went to a dungeon and had to care of mobs and ganks. In ep1 I remember there weren't many grind spots. Only lvl 70 and higher mobs were afaik in asylum.

ya the rate of pk and guild fights for a spot are totally gone. I loved having to fight for spots it was like another element to the game, summoning all ur friends and just fighting it all out. Sometimes you even forgot the reason why you were fighting lol or after you won you were too tired to level anymore :)
