how to change the price of broadcast message

GUYS HE CLEARLY SAID HE'S NOT USING C#, HE IS USING A DAMN BINARY SOURCE.
On-topic: Last time I checked binary it was all connected by actions and tasks, so probably when you broadcast there's an action that checks your cps and an actions that takes the cps from you, check the actions that pops up when you broadcast.

No it's not, you CANNOT post binary files here, but you can discuss them anyway you want.
People should be advised that they wont find that much help for binaries here.
