When I extract dll and paste injector with same name as dll (on xp) and run it, nothing happens?

Installed visual c++ 2010 and net framework 4.0 (got all other framework versions aswell) and still doesn't work, using xp sp3

Tried different injectors, sirosix one for example, says failed to inject. But for example the other ones say "succesfully injected" and nothing happens when I get into game

Inject succeded but no menu.

crashes me after about 5-10 minutes
