the download is slow oh man i must wait 3 hours

its not my client, its philipine official, we will get better clients

Why i see only unknowable letters (my whole client -.-) , i use the official rappelz sea client updated + 8.1 resources.

first, server rebooted and not down, 2nd download The client from the website, and update THEN DO NOTHING TO RESOURCES DONT CHANGE

US official isnt 8.1 yet lol, and C1ph3r resource doesnt work perfectly, so just download the client, update AND DONT CHANGE RESOURCE!

if u changed resource u will need to reinstall the client because the patcher wont update any more
