Ace-ppc's alefclient.exe made it possible to trade those chantra bag items that were bought with Wc(c). Bound items were never trade-able by any modded alefclient.exe.
Now webzen implemented a client version checking system that's why we cannot use any older/modded client exes. Thats why currently trading those wc(c) items is impossible. Btw there is a thread about it: search for it. Colovan started it.
(Just awesome how leechers don't know whats going on here.)

And, someone already posted that ACE is not available for now, he is busy with his RL.
So, wait, cry or do a modified working client by yourself.
