Nope items should never be clean on a PvP server noone likes this kind of alchemy...why spend 5 hours making ur set FB w/ 61% stats (if you ever get those w/ ease)Quote:

Make new item that rare items can be bough by , Beside , Increase donate chance .
Make npc with like 10 avatar for free , Others by the new item you will create
max d13 status are str - int '10' , hp - mp '2100'
Do not remove skill of str-int-etc. , Just , Ban anyone use them in pvp.

from caps 80-110 the admin could add legendary weapons but since there are only 2 of them (Glaive and Two Handed Sword) idk how will this go and about the scrolls... do you think the GM will stay 24/7 in the PvP zone watching who is and who isn't using them ;p ?
Donations should be for like sun items and like some special prem+ w/ 15% stats instead of 10% etc.. cause these are not so overpowered compared to moon/normal prem+ so it will be cool so don't worry about that
