lol he got banned twice so, i think he bots a lot xD.... he may botted a lot on x-2 and have a lot of aliens...so he can keep general although losing a lot of exp/honour...

On my server someone has 3.5m aliens kill and only 1 star. So i assume you've need more than a lot of aliens kills. Btw there are alot of players who bot and have alot of rangpoints i think losing more than half of your points isn't rendable for general rang. That's all.

well... i know people that only have like 2m aliens and lvl 19-20...and he is basic general so...maybe ur server is a crowded one, so it's dificult to get a high rank xd

If you get staged you lose your ep and honour, but the largest part wich determens your rank are the alien kills and the player kills, so even if you loose 50% of you ep and honour, you can still have like 80% of your rank left..
