you know acclaim cant do anything over pservers... they have no law no say..they aint teh makers Gamehi can tho but as u know they havnt hmm wierd? if they were killed servers they wud of...

The way people got action 6 files...is simple....unpack the korean test server dekaron......all the skills are there and aloken is there too.....XD

Since the the korean test server is not in data.pak mode but its just like 2 moons data.d04....get the unpacker and try to unpack the Korean test server data.......;)

Hmm, Acclaim probably can't pull a lawsuit on you themselves, as they themselves had the files distributed to them by GameHi. It is all up to GameHi on whether legal action can be taken, but i'm sure they were aware someone would eventually fiddle with the Test server's files in order to get it for their own uses.

I do believe, they are able to take action if you inhabit the idea of making a profit with their own product, especially when one of the worlds major gaming corporations haven't got the files running yet.

Actually, Acclaim can launch a lawsuit. As with GameHi. 2moons is a registered trademark of Acclaim. Dekaron is a registered trademark of Acclaim and GameHi. By modifying the files from its original state is subject to an infraction against the International Laws. If I were you guys, I'd catch up on your law school. Trust me, if you got busted making loads of money off it, you COULD be extradited to Korea to be dealt with in their law system. Trust me, i wouldn't fuck with this unless you were sure.

In other words from what i stated; like you said, making a profit off of their own copyrighted software would pull alot of shit onto the person responsible for doing it. But i'm not sure they'd go searching for minimal things, such as pservers that are released to play amuck.
