no its not, on woc you cant use the hack to get thorns and uberheal (first screen) and you can't use same spells just with different durations, using reagents (second screen)...

Confirm it doesnt work on the wotlk realm of woc, the limit of buffs is 40, after that they dont even appear nor they get stacked.

Confirmed working on Hearthstone latest repack.
