The UID is the UID of the character to update. Since 0x3F9/"Vital" packets can be sent locally to update the character(for mesh, or statusflags), you need to specify a UID to tell the client(s) which character to update. The UID has nothing to do with the mana.

i got mana in my Source xD i just did like thay said look for all stuff for hp add same thaking under it only edit hp to mp and it wored for me then u just got to add how much mana each skill tacks a way in def... skill in i thank general.cs

The only difference between HP and MP packets is you send a different flag in the "Vital" packet. HP is flag 0, MP is flag 2. Find out where to put it.
