I use the site copier ;) somthimes and i add my own things on it like new images and chatbox
ore new links.

but when I edit the files the layout will change then thats the hardest point :)

lol, you cant edit the template if you copy sites, they probably keep that to themselves..to stop hackers... but i should image its pretty easy to just save a page, cut out the middle and save as a template. lol.

Oh, and take out that stupid toolbar at the top >_<
