they declared war to me when they added the WC encryption and suspended all of my familys accounts but i have managed to defeat their security and now i can cheaat again when i make a new cheat soon

This is a flaw in their banning system, they say multiple accounts are considered cheating. If 4 family members all play WC then you all have the same IP and Kixeye will suspend them all because they suspect you are cheating.

One day she logs in to find "Account suspended". I contact Kixeye to get an explanation and they say "cheating is not tolerated" and refuse to discuss any further. WTF? She used to spend many hours playing this game so I can only assume they thought she had a refresher or bot.

That's how it all started for me too.

Kixeye seem to be creating enemies fast because of this and now we are all teaming up against them and reversing their work, I wouldn't want to be Kixeye right now.

I think for fair use it has to be just a part, like you can take 30 seconds of Star Wars and post it for your kids birthday party song but you cant take the entire Star Wars movie and change the name to Glar Wars and give out DVDs or Goerge Lucas would be all up on your ass in a second, but all I know is what wikipedia says and maybe its wrong
