when is this tool going to be released???

Well i just found the start of the PK tournament action. Which identifies if the time of the server equals to 21:00 - 21:03 which is 3115040 so im just gonna keep working on it and see if i can change it to a password controled object. But it still pritty confused because all of the NPCs that work with this are also controlled by the time so if i wanna add this to the ACP then it may take awhile.

Would you like me to release it withought this feature and continue working for a different version?

and forcer means a tool theat can at a specific time interval broadcasts a GM message like welcome to ACME or some info about the server and it must do it automaticaly

Hmmm can u tell which id in the cq_config controls the pk tournament so that i can change it???
