Ask Google and Microsoft why do they buy more companies. Why have 2 companies instead of 1? To make more money, have a larger player base. Maybe some people like a server better than the other, because of the rates or you could have someone who hates Shusui for some reason and without knowing he goes to another EP7 server which brings again money to Shu but with a different name.
There are a ton of reasons to have more servers but the biggest one is MONEY.

The client files give away where the files come from or atleast they did when MG was first started, haven't checked the client files in a while.

if shusui and dreinus are different person. then, there are someone who are controlling them. a person that has a capable of backing up the server files of e-games. and distributing it to those persons.
and that person are the real owner of Mystery/SIMP cabal.
