if you dot have 7.4 itemresource,the share is useless..and you can see it ,but cant use it..

It's the easiest thing to get the ItemResource because you didn't have to find the correct structure.

Yes.
And I think can add things and without itemresource.rdb, by adding similar lines and changed settings. For example, there are 437110 to the database, and 427210 do not have, but things are similar, although, I do not know, today ISP changed IP address and I can not test, reconfigure the configuration does not want to think that I could return the former. In any case, try to do something better than to wait.

same on inert_item and in this shop

the rings are not added to your itemsres.sql

means, your server isn't complete
