I think the best thing as it's for EPvP is try and get contact to the admins or global mods.

You could try the complaint area, but I don't know how much help that would do. But it could help as the mods usually give quick attention to them topics.

Though its best to try and get contact to the admins.

I contacted a Global mod to see if they can help out. I'm not 100% sure if they have the time, or if they get the message (as you know they get a lot, I assume) but I sent one so they can see whats happening.
