need help connecting to phpadmin/running server

no, im a new starter of phpmyadmin, im not used to the way its set up so i have no clue where everything is, thats why im asking for help, and at least fire blaze is helping me instead of telling me to quit...

can anyone help me figure out how to edit things like cpadmin and the way shoping mall looks? because i lowered prives and it astill says the same price even tho its cheaper

How to edit NPCs? You edit the source.

How to edit Shops? You edit the client's + server's Shop.dat.

ive searched through my source and cant fidn any kind of dialog or anything

to add npcs
you go to localhost/phpmyadmin or w.e
then NPCS
and insert
you should look at other npcs to know what flags and direction i would say D = 2 F = 2 ( or 0 for D )
and then the dialogs for npcs
you go t CoServerproject folder
double click coserverproject
( it opens in C# or C++ ( i like C# )
then click on Client.cs for npc dialog and find if (CurrentNPC = _________)
u can edit dialogs there
or just open the client.cs

then build it (f6)
run it ( f5)
