For the people like me who changed their hot keys, make sure the you have the target key set to Z. Was confused why mine wasnt auto targetting at first then realized that.

But it works perfectly fine. Now just need an auto seller on it or selective looting and it will be great.

how are you checking if your target is dead? idle time or mob hp?

It's just auto retarget with hotkeys. No need to make a check for dead.
