If you used them on Double-chance LF-4 day , i think ~25 LF-4, that is from my experience and there is no one can give you exact number anyway :)

i get LF4 for 50 / 60 keys...

forget all boots of 3/5 of map, and take only the boots on the top and the bottom of the map... and if possible in x-8 maps....
i get often 3 LF4 for less than 100 keys...
but if you get nothing within the first 50/60 keys... forget for all day.

it's works better the night after MHH ans x2 change to found LF4 (once a month I guess)

it work well between 22h and 2h in the morning (GMT +1)

thats my trick!! collect at the bottom, last month in golden botty with 50 keys i got 5 apis parts+6 zeus parts+5 XL camu+ 1LF4+1B02

i think the answer for your question it's hard to be exact. ANYWAY if you wait the double probability for LF4 you'll get arround 20-25 lf4. i get 12 lf4 with 900 keys last time.

Approximately BP says the chance of lf4 in booty is .001 so Approximately the ratio is 1lf4/ 1000

OR 1 lf4 per every 1000 booty keys open but this ratio is if you have the worst luck in the world and depend on ratios for stuff.

With 1000 keys u can have 31 lf4 if u want :-)
