omg I'll just spit it out, THE MOST LF4s ARE FOUND FROM BOOTY DROPPED BY PIRATES, HAPPY!? This is not a joke, works for me, my 1st booty ever from pirates was a LF4, and also my 6th booty from pirates was a LF4... The hardest part is getting the pirate drop booty... just go try it out.
