[Release]Basic Itemtype Editor

This function will be released, although it's going to be a little more advanced than the previous one. SQL will be supported for adding/deleting/editing/searching soon, but for now I suggest loading then saving your itemtype, then reload, this will re-order all your ids smallest to largest.

I have some problem with your itemtype editor , im create new id in itemtype , then im try to save it , then im open back the itemtype , but lot of item is missing :( can you please help ? hmmm =,=

the update button doesnt work, when u change something and press it it says cannot have duplicate ids at the top.

I need more details as to what you're attempting, what's happening and so forth. The more details the better. Obviously it would be a while before I even think about updating these projects...
