u don't need a .sql file just follow this guide and u can set it up
but don't close the mysql program

why i try it with English 5065 Client now
lets hope it works (finally)

lol , i tryed with all clients till 5079-5080 , no result, the server works only with the chinese client + english client 5079 but with lots of bugs.

thats because you need to install the east asian language package,
and set the unicode to chinese(PCR)

some problems can be easly answerd if you check the other thread
which has the server files on, we have done alot of explaining on there.
