Its cheat trainer, its attaching automatically to firefox, so when you load the game you need to press Ctrl+1 or Ctrl+2 depends on the hack you want.
and then complete 1 mission.. try again...dont give up =P

So the steps are:
1. open firefox
2. go to the game
3. open the hack
4. press ctrl+1 or/and ctrl+2
5. play the game


its the maximum help I can to give you!

LOL you can't be serious this is a simple CHEAT ENGINE trainer. It's a noobs tool to make a trainer. All you need to do is hook writeprocessmemory and see what changes to see what your aobs or addresses your changing

(Assuming he coded his own trainer and used a compression or a packer. To which he didn't he, used the Cheat Engine Trainer Making Tool to actually make it. All he did was put the scripts in the trainer maker and it was done.)
